Those eligible to become members of Coastal Teachers Federal Credit Union are all employees of Calhoun County ISD, Bloomington ISD, Calhoun County Consolidated Tax Appraisal District, Region III Education Service Center, The Victoria College, The University of Houston, Victoria Campus, and Our Lady of Victory School, Victoria, Texas. Immediate family of the members and employees are also eligible to become members of Coastal Teachers Federal Credit Union.
